Makenzie Kennedy '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Makenzie Kennedy and I’m a junior at Plant City High School.  I aspire every day to make a difference in this world.  My short term goals are to graduate from high school and then pursue my education in college.   My freshman year in high school I broke both my legs.  It was a life changing event, and I knew from then on I’d like to live a life of servitude and help as many people as I can.  I thank God daily for giving me the opportunity to make a full recovery and play the sport I love.  Those around me say I’m a natural leader and I encourage my fellow teammates to be the best they can be on and off the field.  I work hard to get better everyday.  I’m a team player and work well with my teammates and coaches.  Thank you very much for reading my personal statement and for consideration on your team.
