2012 HighlightsMy name is Connor Chavez and I am a wide receiver from Palm Beach Central High School. I am a possession receiver who can work out of the slot position as well. I take nothing for granted and let my playing do the talking for me. I come from a program where I played with multiple Divsion 1 receivers, and I had to deal with a lot of adversity. I understand that hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard. I can play special teams, and I am willing to play any position to help my team win. I have learned over the years that's personal statistics mean nothing, and at the end of the day you have nothing accept your teammates and coaches. Winning football games, is more important then myself and this helps me stay humble. I love the game of football and want a great education, playing college football is a privilege not a right which is why it's so special. I am excited and ready to take on a new chapter in my life. College football is not easy, and that's why many players don't make it, but I'm ready to take on the challenge.
