Mantrez Walker '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Mantrez Walker. I am a freshman that attends the prestigious Buford Highschool. I’ve won countless awards over the years and achieved many accomplishments in youth football. I got lots of varsity time this tart and we came out with our 3rd consecutive state championship and 15th overall . Next year , I will be the captain of one of the most dangerous defenses in Georgia at Mike Linebacker. I have many dreams and aspirations and my biggest one is to become a D1 college athlete. Through these next 3 years I want to be a highly recruited prospect, the number 1 Linebacker in my class, I want to win three more state championships and I want to make my family proud. I can bring a lot to a team, such as leadership, that dawg mentality and the ability to roll with the punches when times get hard. What makes me different from other recruits is that I cherish the little things and that my work ethic is like no other. I know there might be some people better than me at my position but I honestly feel like when I’m on that field nobody can touch me and I’m going to make you feel me on every down and every single snap. Academically I’ve always gotten the job done and I understand that academics are extremely important and my parents instilled that in me very early. They are both teachers and they have taught me a-lot. I just want to make my family proud and live out my dreams and aspirations.
