Dylan Leach '13 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6 ft 280lb lineman from the small town of Byron,GA where I attended Peach County High School in Fort Valley,GA during my Freshman year. For my sophmore year, I transferred to Tattnall Square Academy in Macon, GA and have played as starting Center for Varsity squad both Sophmore and my Juinor year. As a first year freshman, I started all 7 JV games with 6-1 record and played 11 quarters of Varsity. My varsity team went 15-0 and won 2009 AAA State Champion title. My Varsity team at Tattnall Square Academy played in the semi-final rounds of GISA Class AAA playoffs and advanced to state my Sophmore year. My junior year in 2011, we were able to capture the Region Championship as well as the State Championship for GISA. I have been the starting Center and played every game my sophomore and junior year. I also attended my first Football Camp at FBU (Football University) in Atlanta,GA in May 2010. I self nominated and interviewed with coaches to recieve an invite to the camp. I recieved an award at camp with over 200 players that was never before given to a 9th grader - "The Eastbay Most Competitive Player" award. I also received a invite to attend the "Top Gun" camp in Williamsburg,VA in July 2010 where only the top 1,000 athletes compete. I have a strong desire to succeed which drives me to give 110% every time I hit the field. I have a 3.4 GPA and currently taking Honors Chemistry.   For my senior year, I have returned to my hometown school of Peach County. We are currently in first place with a 4-0 record in AAA. We are expected to return to the dome in Atlanta to run for the state title. I am an offensive starter mainly playing left guard and backup center this year. I am looking for a school that will provide me opportunity to major in Pre-Pharmacy as well as a program with a competitive football program.
