John "Connor" Wills '18 Recruiting Profile

Hello, My name is John Connor Wills, I am a junior at Harris County high school in Hamilton, Georgia. My highlight of my highschool career, so far is as a starting freshman center, I was on the all region team. Going into my sophomore year I changed schools from Manchester, Ga. to Harris County, Ga. At Harris County I started as right guard and at the end of my sophomore year I was invited by The U.S. national team for try outs but I was unable due to so because of family issues. I have had to overcome the obstacles of being the man of my mother's house, while helping raise three out of my six younger siblings and trying to excell academically and athletically. Doing so has made me strong willed, coachable, and a leader amongst my peers and family.

My Goals in the future:  I plan on excelling in all areas academically and athletically.  If your looking at my profile you are already interested in who I am.  I am a young man that is full of confidence without being arrogant,  I am strong in my leadership qualities and being a team player. I work hard and push myself to be more than expected by others around of me. I have been through a lot but my situations are not what make me,  what is meant to tear me down only makes me more determined to be that much stronger.  I have integrity and a strong work ethic.  I will be an asset to whoever chooses me.
