Bobby Lum '14 Recruiting Profile

My current goal in life is to get a good education, get prepared for college because I will need my a degree for a job. My dream is to obtain my goal doing what I do best, football. I've always dreamed of playing football in college because it is what my father has instilled in me.  He always says, use the gifts God gives you, don't waste it...becuase, you will be successful in all you do." My inspiration is dad. He always pushed me to play football and just do my best. I also play basketball; however, playing football has taught me how to be a leader and how team work is very important to meet your goal. Also,it has made me better with time management and taught me that I should never do things last minute. I would like to be a role model for anyone that looks up to me that is why I do my best to stay as humble as possible. Sports and education is both equally important. Without good grades and a good work ethic neither will happen. Doing both gave me the opportunity to attend my current HighSchool , HPA. I am grateful  for my schools support in helping me grow into a well-rounded student open the door to future opportunity.
