Justice Crozier '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Justice Crozier I am currently a quarterback/ wide receiver and attend Kihei Charter High School on the island of Maui, Hawaii. I senior at my school participating on the football team and track and field team. I was born into sports oriented family that takes pride in our athletic abilities, I started playing sports when I joined the swim team at the age of 5. When I was 10 I was exposed to the game of football and loved the intensity and mentality of the game. I continued to play football in pop warner and joined my high school team in 2014 as it made its debut that year.

Being a student athlete I strive for greatness on and off the field whether in the game or in the classroom.  Coming from a small school taught me to work hard day in and day out to accomplish my goals as a student athlete. Being a quarterback at Kihei Charter High School has taught me to be poised, humble and a team leader. I have learned a lot of lessons in my multiple years of football, baseball, swimming, track and aikido and the most important lesson I have learned is “you get out what you put in”. This saying taught me to work harder and harder every day to stay ahead of my competition.  I am a competitive leader that leads by example on and off the field setting the tone for younger players.

Academics has always been a very important aspect to me and my family. I am a slow learner but my go getter attitude helps me overcome that obstacle. In my family school comes first before football as academics will help me get to the next step in my life. I am currently a 3.8 - 4.0 GPA student that is enrolled in UHMC on Maui. I have a vast interest in marine biology and sports training. I love these 2 professions because I live around the ocean and I'm always in the ocean and eager to learn more about.  I also want to stay connected to sports and one day become a football coach.
