I have experienced more losses than wins during my football career. During my first season, as a 10 year old, we had nine losses and one win. As a freshman, we didn’t win a single game. Even through the adversity, I refused to stop playing football. I have to keep playing because, win or lose, I love football. It’s a part of me. Football is the blood in my veins and the air in my lungs. The opportunity to battle with a brotherhood and honor my school, family, and community is all I want. The chance to play football at the college level would be life changing.
