Garrison Grimes '23 Recruiting Profile

    I started playing football in the sixth grade after my dad told me I should try it out. I had tried other sports before football, but none of them really fit like football did. I fell in love with the game. I have now been playing football for four years and the love isn’t lost. I work hard to push myself everyday. I worked so hard that I am going to be put on my school’s varsity team for my sophomore year.

    Through my years of football I have had many great coaches that have taught me how to be confident in myself, how to lead, how to work with a team, and just as important as leading, they taught me how to listen. I am looking for a program that will be a good fit for me academically, athletically, and that will continue to teach me how to be a better all around person. I believe that I have the talent, characteristics, work ethic, and leadership skills to instantly benefit your program.
