One of my coaches once told me "Even though you are not as athletic as others on the team, you are one of the hardest workers, and it shows during games." Junior year was my first time starting on Varsity and in a new position, Offensive guard. I played on the D-line in multiple positions during my freshman and sophomore years, but during the summer of my sophomore year/beginning of my junior year, the O-line coach stole me from the defense. This worked out in my favor, after the first week of practice I became the starting guard, and all the work I had put in during the offseason paid off. At the end of my Junior season, we finished the year off 10-1 only losing the second round in the playoffs. During our awards ceremony, I was awarded all-conference and all-area. My goal is to play college football, and I believe I would be a valuable team member. I will work as hard as I can in anything I am asked to do and play to the best of my abilities everytime.
