Connor Murphy '13 Recruiting Profile

I am Connor Murphy.I'm currently a sophomore that plays football and track. My height is around 6'3 and my weight is about 250. I played Varsity football my sophmore year as a starter at left offensive tackle. The coaches were pleased at my performance throughout the whole year. The head coach,Luis Arroyo,has talked to me personally and said it is a great thing to be a 3 year varsity player. During the winter sports I lift with the team to get stronger as a unit so we can win together. And it is not about how good I am the team as a whole wins all eleven have to play in order to succeed. In the spring I throw shot put for track. I threw for JV last year taking fourth in conference. I am writing this because I want to play football at the next level even the I have to more years left at high school I wanted to put myself out there early so I can get recognized. Academically, I want to practice sports medicine. I like this because I will always be around athletes which is my realm. Also it does not matter the size of the school as long as I can receive a solid education for the future.
