Gavin Bramel '22 Recruiting Profile

From the time I was in Kindergarten until now, I have had a passion for football.  My passion has been fueled through many mentors including coaches, players, and my parents.  Each have helped me grow on the field and as a person.  I am an individual who excels at understanding all aspects of football.  Field awareness is strength for me as I understand my role and how each player contributes to the success of the team.  In watching film, I can identify unique adjustments I as an individual need to make and areas where we as a team can adjust to maximize our potential against our opponent. 

The Friday night lights are something that I look forward to each week.  It is exciting to see the investment I have made in the weight room, practice, watching film, and the overall team preparation culminate together each week.  In the past few years, our team has battled obstacles to improve each game, each season, and each year.  This year we were rewarded with recognition as Eastern Conference Champions. 

As I look to elevate my football career to the next level, I am confident that my leadership, outgoing personality, respect for coaches and teammates, and ability to overcome obstacles will foster success at the college level.  My dedication is on the field and in the classroom.  As a multi-sport athlete, I have continued to achieve an academic recognition of the top 1/3^rd of my graduating class. 

I appreciate all college prospects and look forward to the opportunity to furthering both my athletic and academic career.
