Marcus Bright '25 Recruiting Profile

My goals for college include being a notable piece in an amazing program, playing at the division 1 level, and lastly earning an amazing experience and a degree that can last me a life time. What makes me a great fit for a team is that I am willing to put in the necessary work to get to where I want to go. I also value myself as a leader on and off the field which I believe greatly benefits a team. Something that sets me apart from most people is that I am a very gritty athlete. As a first year varsity starter as a junior I have had to certainly done my time on JV and Freshman team. My head coach Christopher Overholt has called me gritty in my football play, and my running of the hurdles on the track. I have truly tried to embody this as an athlete and as a student.
