Since I was about 8 years old, I loved watching and playing football. My career in football got serious once I came to high school. Since then I have seriously considered taking my career to the collegiate, and hopefully better, level. I feel like this could be the biggest opportunity in my life, and I am definitely not going to waste it.
I am just as focused in the classroom as I am on the field, keeping a high GPA. I'm always trying to get better at my academic skills, while trying just as hard to stay ready for the season to start. I take part in multiple extra-curricular activities including other sports like basketball, to our school band.
If you stay after school, you will always find me in the gym, staying fit as well as getting stronger and faster in preparation for football. I am a power lifter outside of school, so I build up my strength as much as I can which can really help out on the field. I am a very teachable person, and am willing to take action at any of my coaches questions or commands.
On the field, I feel like a leader. I make sure to keep my head, and make sure others keep theirs too. I am capable of fast learning, which can be very helpful in a game when I am needed on special teams, or one of my secondary positions. I can take control, recognize plays, and follow through with action on every down.
I want to go to a college where I can learn on the field as well as off the field, as I have a wide array of academic studies I want to follow through with in my next few years. I am ready to go to any school and am hoping to find the best school fit for my personal needs and wants, from academics to competition. I hope to be one of the best leaders on the field, as well as off the field.
