My goals for college are to achieve a degree with honors in the engineering field, while also being able to benefit from the experience of playing football. I love the game of football. I feel that it is the best environment for me to learn to push through adversity and best prepare myself for the challenges of adult life. I am not a vocal leader, but have found that my best leadership quality is to lead by example. I spend a large portion of my time trying to better myself and my teammates on and off the field. As one who is committed to continual learning, I have the utmost respect for the coaching staff and relish the time I get to spend with them. My first priority has always been and will continue to be my academic success. It is very important to me to continue my academic success throughout my collegiate career. I am currently enrolled in multiple AP level classes in which I have excelled. By taking this more challenging path through high school and still being able to maintain a 4.0 GPA I believe I will be very prepared for the college experience. Therefore, I think I will be a good addition to any collegiate team due to my drive to be better, willingness to learn, leadership, team first attitude, and academic achievement.
