Aaron Valentine '18 Recruiting Profile

    The highlight of my of my football career so far has been making it to the Kansas State Football Championship. Even though we lost, I felt that I grew more as a student and as an athlete. This experience made me realize that I needed to refocus my efforts on what I could do better so that my team could go back to the state championship. I learned the values, teamwork, sacrifice, and commitment it takes to the best you can be in football.
    I was fortunate enough to have great leaders around me my freshman and sophomore. They showed me what hard work could do for you. I'm looking for a program that will benefit me in my athletics along with my academics. I believe that academics are just as an important part in college. I believe that I have the talent to compete for a college along with the character and work ethic to make a lasting impact on your program. As an athlete and student, I know I have what it takes to be a leader on and off the field.
