Andrew Hicks '16 Recruiting Profile

My passion for kicking/punting is the driving source of my work ethic and has resulted in countless hours of practicing to constantly improve my skills.

My longest field goal in competition was 55 yards, my longest punt was 66 yards with a hang time of 4.8 I attended the Kicking camp at K-State the summer of 2013 and was blessed to have won their punt competition. I won the Golden Boot award at the Kicking World competition in the summer of 2014.

This fall, I won 1st team kicker for the KAW Valley League and 2nd team punter. I was also named All State kicker in both the Wichita Beacon Eagle and the Topeka Capitol Journal Honorable Mention.

I am driven to continue to improve my power and accuracy with hard work both in the weight room and on the field. I am a good kicker and know that I will only get stronger, not only this year but in years to come. I am dedicated to kicking and will do whatever is necessary to play division I football. I know I can help you win football games.
