Personal Statement

Wrestling has taught me more than any other experience in my life. I started at nine years old and quickly realized that success doesn’t come easy it has to be earned. Early on, I made excuses for my losses, blaming everything but myself. But over time, I learned to take ownership, to work harder, and to grow from every setback.I want to compete at the college level because I love the grind and I want to reach where I want to be in life. I’m not afraid of tough practices, early mornings, or losses I’ve been through it all, and I’ve learned to keep showing up. What sets me apart is the fact I’m willing to outwork anyone and stay committed no matter the situation.I’m ready to be part of a team that values effort, discipline, and growth.
