Lucas Seifert '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Lucas Seifert, and I am an extremely ambitious student-athlete who is willing to do whatever it takes to compete at an accelerated level on the field and in the classroom. On the field, I am a versatile football player who can line up in many different spots and I am willing to take on whatever role necessary along with whatever opponent necessary in order to secure a win for my team. I play with relentless and unmatched aggression, playing to, and through, every single whistle. If I ever get beat by the man across from me, or make a mistake, I will never get down on myself. My mentality that represents my attitude on the field is, whenever I get knocked down, I need to get back up again and come back harder and stronger the very next play. I shine in moments where I can display my leadership skills and can rally the team when they need me the most. I am very coachable and will do whatever I am told, whenever I am told to do so, and I am always looking to improve upon my skills in order to reach my full potential. In order to reach my full potential, I will push myself to my limit. In the classroom, I push myself just as hard. I take school very seriously and aspire to be a renowned and successful engineer. Currently, I am taking 6 different weighted honors classes, including AP World History. This year, I have the potential to get a GPA of 4.75/4.0 with straight A's because of my course load, and my goal is to do exactly that. I promise to bring the school that I attend nothing short of excellence on the field, and in the classroom.
