Throughout my academic and athletic career my biggest supporters (family, friends, teachers, and coaches) have always preached something along the lines of "how much you put in is how much you will get out" and between school, clubs, hobbies, and sports I feel that I embody such an idea. In my school years I've consistently made honor roll, which I consider one of my greatest achievements . Additionally, while coming into the sports scene for the first time my freshman year of High School I made my way up the ranks between football and track admittingly the hardest way. Starting in my 8th grade year I've consistently made a second-home out of my school's weight room and spent countless hours in there in the pursuit of making my team and myself 1% better everyday. When I'm not at school, in the weight room, or at practice I like to spend my "down time" either fishing, participating in campus clean-ups, or other community service endeavors. Currently I'm enrolled in National Honor Society as a member, Fishing club as 3-time M.V.H.S fishing tournament winner and president, and environmental club as a member. Throughout my clubs, sports, and schooling I pridefully find myself in a leadership role where I'm tasked with managing and completing projects, helping peers/ teammates, and planning meetings. Balancing everything never fails to keep me on my toes but the way I was raised I was taught the value of hard-work and persistence. I aspire to go to college to get A/Bs in all my classes and graduate with my degree in Biomedical engineering. On the athletic side I seek to add value to any team I join and continue the 1% better everyday mentality. I promise to maintain leadership, willingness to work hard, and tenacity wherever I land in my future.
