Dear Coaches,

My name is Jefferey Moore Thayer, and I want to be part of your program, not just because I love the game, but because I live for the grind, the growth, and the chance to be pushed past my limits. Playing college football isn’t just a goal for me, it’s a commitment I’ve already made in how I train, how I study, and how I carry myself every single day.

I don’t just want to play. I want to earn every second on the field, every rep in the weight room, and every moment wearing a jersey that stands for something bigger than me. I want to be surrounded by teammates who bleed for each other and coaches who demand more. Because that’s where I thrive, that’s where I grow and that’s where i know belong.

What makes me different? I don’t flinch. I don’t fold under pressure. I show up early, stay late, ask questions, and keep going when others slow down. I bring relentless energy, total respect for the game, and a hunger that doesn’t go away after one good play or one big win. Athletically, I bring a high IQ, high energy and leadership as a Center, commanding and leading the team in the right direction. Academically, I’ve learned through failure on how to balance intense training with serious focus in the classroom. And as a person, I lead with heart, humility, and a fire that never can never be smothered.

I’m not chasing stats, nor glory. I’m chasing the opportunity to impact a team. To help build something real. To compete for something worth fighting for. That’s what I’m looking for in a program. That’s what I’m ready to give everything for.
