Zachary Conklin '12 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6’0” 210 lb. running back from Pittsfield, MA. I have been a starter on the Taconic High School varsity football team for the past three years. I have a 3.72 GPA and rank in the top 10% of my class.

I have earned running back of the year honors in my sophomore and junior years and currently, I am team captain. I lead by example, give 110%, and strive to inspire and learn on and off the football field. I also have a great respect and knowledge of the game of football and believe that I would be an instantaneous asset to any school’s football program. I am looking for a school that can challenge me academically in the classroom and athletically on the football field.

Financial assistance is very important to me in the college selection process. I believe I would be an especially good fit for a DII or DIII school, but I am confident in my ability to excel at any school I decide to attend.
