I have been a starter at the Varsity level since my Freshman year when I was brought up to replace the injured Varsity QB in week two. Our team made the State Playoffs that year. My Sophmore season I returned to my natural position of Running Back on offence, started at Cornerback on defense I also returned punts and kickoffs. I was awarded All County 2nd Team as a defensive back that season. This past season I was named as a Team Captain, led the team in rushing, receiving yards and touchdowns. I moved primary positions on defense to Outside Linebacker and moved to a match defensive back when we faced teams with a high impact receiver. Our team made the State Playoffs this past season and I was awarder All County 2nd team running back honors. I have been playing football since the 3rd grade and love the game. My biggest asset as a player is the ability to read and react. From a young age I was taught to run the ball with eyes and those lessons helped me run with very good vision when I got to high school. On defense I am able to read quickly and get to the ball. I play this game with a high level of intensity and passion and lead by example as a Captain.
