Personal Statement
My name is Jacob Reynolds. First, a bit about myself. In my free time, I enjoy hunting, fishing, spending time in the outdoors, listening to music, and training. I am a four sport athlete, Football, Powerlifting, Wrestling, and Track and Field. Some of my goals for the coming years consist of, but are not limited to, being a 3 time all-state wrestler and offensive lineman, throwing a school record in the shot put, and to attaining a 1500 pound total in powerlifting (back squat, deadlift, and bench press). Several of my most prominent accomplishments include taking runner-up at youth state in my age group, being an All American wrestler, being a 2x state qualifier in Powerlifting - 1x with a fractured wrist, and winning my spot as a starting varsity Offensive and Defensive Lineman as a freshman.
I would make a great addition to your team because I am aggressive, coachable, a leader, good student, like to compete, adapt quickly, and play for the team. Before every game I get in the zone by listening to heavy metal to get ready to be dominant in the trenches and help the team win. I am smart in the classroom, but it doesn't stop there. On the field, I learn new plays and techniques quickly and only chose friends who are like minded and committed to excellence. I have no time for nonsense. I play for the team and do my one-eleventh to help the team win. Having to win my spot on the Varsity Football, Wrestling, and Powerlifting teams as a freshman shows that I won't back down from competition and will do everything in my power to accomplish a goal.
