My name is Luc Miklos. I am a student at Trenton High School in Trenton, Michigan, where sports rule. Especially Football, Hockey and Baseball. I am proud to be a Varsity player on all three of those sports. Sports are my love and my focus and I would like to continue my sporting career at the college level. I work very hard to make sure that I am able to contribute 100% of myself to my sport and my team. This includes my continual efforts to improve my academics and my work outside of practice and game days to stay competitive, healthy, and prepared. I take great pride in my weight training and preparation that is involved in succeeding as an athlete!
I enjoy the camaraderie of a team and the complexity and dedication it takes to make all the pieces come together to work as one, well-oiled machine. I consider myself a competitive, highly coachable athlete, who is always willing to learn, to give 100% effort at all times and always strive to bring a winning mentality to anything I partake in.
Victory Day. It is an experience that has had a profound lasting effect on me! This is an event the Trenton High School Football and Cheerleading programs host every September, and I had the priviledge to participate in for the first time last year. Victory Day is a day that allows special needs children to partake in a football or cheerleading experience. Our school, along with many others in the surrounding communities, come together as "big brothers" and "big sisters" and help to guide and encourage the kids as they score a touchdown, try some drills and cheer on their peers. This day and experience has helped me to realize how important it is to participate and to give back to others, to those that may not have the same opportunities I am blessed with, and to my community.
I look forward to being a valuable and contributing asset to your program.
