Personal Statement
I am currently a Senior at Madelia High School. In the 2010 season, I was the leading rusher in the Conference with over 1,000 yards. I had 21 rushing touchdowns with a 6.6 yard per carry average. I am 6'1", 185 lbs, and can run the 40 yard dash in 4.5 seconds. I was awarded All-Conference and Academic All-Conference this past season. I am a leader on the field and in the weight room. I believe that a successful player must condition their body and their mind. I am in the top 20% of my class academically, and although I realize that playing collegiate football is an important part of my future goals, a quality education is paramount.
