2013 HighlightsMy name is Cole Peters, I am a senior out of Northwest High School in Cedar Hill Missouri. My Mom, Mary Nelson is a hard working painter, photographer and substitute. My Dad is the Pastor of the First Baptist Church here in town. They have always been great influences and helped me along throughout life, especially in sports. My life pretty much consists of school and football. Even after the season is over I am in the weight room two times a day every day. I got my start in football when I moved to Missouri in the 6th grade. Football has taught me to be hardworking and that success only comes from the time you put in. I take a lot of pride into my work on the practice field and in the weight room. You must work hard and pay attention to the details because if you take care of the small things the big things will take care of themselves.
After I graduate from High School I plan to go to college and major in Secondary Education to teach History.. The Ultimate goal is to become a High school Teacher/Coach. I am pretty good in the classroom, I have a 3.0 GPA and received a 24 on my act. Outside of school I am an avid outdoorsman. I work at a mechanics shop with my step dad and am heavily involved with my church.
I am looking forward to playing at the college level, and am excited to use my skills and experience to help kids in the future.
