Paul Gladush '24 Recruiting Profile

My goals for college is to finish my degree and do well and  play very well in college to set myself up for the future. My goal is to strive to be the best on the team at all times and to put my heart into everything I do and give more than 110 percent. I want to do so well in college that I will have a chance to play in the NFL. I think what makes me a good candidate for your team is I put my whole into something I do if I commit to something I don't stop until I achieve that goal. Also If its not football season I am either doing offseason training for football, football weights, basketball , or track I am a 3 sport athlete.I also am a good leader and I won't ever quit on my team and will always keep striving to get better and push my teammates to become better. I think what makes me different from any other recruits is that I maintain a good GPA in school averaging a weighted 3.9 I also don't complain and if a coach tells me to do something I will push myself and exceed coaches expectations. My character is good I won't talk back I listen to coaches and what they tell me and do what the coach tells me without questioning him/her.  Thank you for your time- Paul Gladush
