Dylan Byrd '23 Recruiting Profile

Since I first stepped foot on the field, I have aspired to play at the collegiate and pro level. I have very strong hand and footwork skills, speed, and ability to read plays and read the field. I was one of the few football players to start our high school football program in 2019 and have been a team leader and team captain every game since 2019. I am very coachable and strive to be the hardest working player for any team I am a part off. Off the football field, I also play baseball and am an avid outdoorsman spending my time ice fishing and hunting.

I am a firm believer that you must be a student first, and an athlete second. I maintain a high GPA and have been involved in programs within our high school including being a Big Brother through the Big Brothers/Big Sisters program and have also been a member of Hope Squad.

I hope to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the football field. I am open to all options and ultimately want to find the right college match with high competition where I can improve myself, be a great role model and continue to make my parents, coaches, and teachers proud.
