My name is Zach Mikulicz. I am a 6' 3" 205 lb senior at Elkhorn High School, located in Elkhorn NE..
I play left OG and Strong Side DE. I have been playing football since I was in 3rd, grade and have used all the things I've learned throughout my football career. I started playing DE in middle school and have played there every year in high school. I played very little on the O Line until this season, where I earned a spot as the starting Left Guard. I have always been one of the more aggressive guys on the teams I've played for and I always fight to the whistle and the end of the game.
In the off season after my junior year I started training with former Nebraska Full Back Mark Schellen. His program helped me gain over 30 lbs, of mass before the start of this football season. Mark has helped me greatly increase my all around strength by raising my bench press to 300 lbs, squat to 475 lbs, and dead lift to 475 lb.
My goals for after my senior season is to add another 30-40 lbs or mass to prepare for college level football. I also plan to compete in the 2014 Nebraska State Power lifting championship. Its always been my dream to play college football since the first day I stepped on the field in the 3rd, grade, and I enjoy spending time in the weight room because I know the benifit I gain on the field.
I'm not currently 100% sure what I would like to major in, however, careers I have been thinking about would include working in the Game & Parks, Sports & Fitness and possibly Agriculture.
