Personal Statement

I respect my teachers, coaches, and teammates, and I consistently put in the work and effort daily. I take my academics seriously and I’m dedicated to my team. I help others before myself and I want my teammates to succeed. I'm also a two sport athlete (I also play baseball). When we were in quarantine, I made myself stay in shape and stay strong so that when we got back in season I was ready to go . When I was in online school, I made sure to get really good grades so that I could better myself academically for when I go to college and play ball and now I am also prepared to take online classes if needed.

I've been working on improving myself physically and mentally with Nick Lewis for approximately one year now. I train using a variety of methods including, but not limited to, stretching, bands, ladders, hurdles, cones, hills, core, resistance: harness machine and weights. Coach also has all athletes read different books and submit book reports for discussions.
