Jordan Betts '17 Recruiting Profile

As a student athelete for over 8 years, my goal is to play at the collegiate level, earn my degree in Aeronautical Engineering, and eventually play in the NFL as a Mike Backer. I am a very respectful person when it comes to my superiors, yes sir, no sir, yes coach,no coach and do my best to earn that same respect. I'm a very quick learner and very coachable and will do what coach's teach me and tell me to do. I can get along well with everybody on the team, I am a leader and can be a good influence in the locker room. I am a hard worker and will do as much as it takes to improve my game from studying films to hard workouts.  In my sophmore and junior year I earned the Defense MVP and Offense Award.  One thing I will never do is give up. I am audible on defense and can set the tone, and bring much energy to the team. I am also instrumental during offensive plays.  I've lost many games throughout my younger years and first two years in high school, so my hunger for wins surpasses many, and I will do anything to help my team achieve a win. In the classroom I stay focused and have stayed away from the under 3.0 mark every semester.
