My goal is to win but I strive to improve myself every day, every game.  I am very competitive and believe in a strong team bond.  My senior year I grew a lot and even though my team struggled, I chose to encourage my teammates and try my best every game.  Winning is important but building a strong character and strong team are what really matter.  I believe I can bring a strong work ethic and a "never give up" attitude to the collegiate level.
