Not only have I been blessed to have the opportunity to attend Phillips Exeter Academy (the #1 Private Academic High school in America), but I've been fortunate enough to take advantage of all the opportunities I've been given along the way. I've been lucky enough to be a three-year varsity starter (since I was freshman) on the Phillips Exeter Academy Football team, which plays in the hardest league in all of New England. Aside from football, I've had multiple leadership opportunities as a Varsity Letterman in the 2016-2017 NEPSAC Class A State Basketball Champions, on the New England Silver Medalist Rowing Championship team in 2017, and am currently an Eastern State's qualifier for the Varsity track team here. Outside of athletics, I'm an active member of the distinguished mens Acapella group, acted as the main role in the Academy's most recent musical, and have helped younger kids in the Exeter community learn how to play basketball through the Exeter Student Service Organization.
These experiences coupled alongside an extremely rigorous academic workload have allowed me to properly balance my athletics, academics, and extracurriculars at the highest level possible. Furthermore, these experiences have allowed me to take on new roles as a leader, and active member of multiple, diverse groups that not many have the ability to be apart of.
I would make a great candidate for your team because I've been blessed with the opportunity of having a college-like experience in high school, and know that this experience has greatly helped in my maturation, preparation, leadership abilities, and finally my ability to interact and be empathetic toward the needs of my teammates and fellow students.
