Randy Pierre II '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Randy Pierre I play left guard and play defensive end/ tackle. I currently attend Christian Brothers Academy a prep school in Upstate NY I previously attended Stillwater High School in Stillwater NY. My goals that I have set up for myself after high school is to play collegiate football and be the highest in my graduating class in college. I have these two goals in mind always because I have high standards for myself along with these two things being huge motivation factors in my life. Whenever I set goals  for myself I become determined to achieve them always. I have always believed in this motto " first one in last one out" meaning I am always the first one at the locker room and the last one to leave. I work as hard as I can at every practice and workout. One of the biggest things I take pride in is I am a learner of the game. I always try to acquire as much knowledge I can about my position and apply it to my craft. I don't take any reps for granted so  I give each rep one hundred percent effort. In the classroom I apply similar things I am a sit in front of the classroom kind of student and I participate as much as I can and take as many notes as I can. I have respect for my coaches, teachers and my peers my fellow students and teammates. I always try to be a leader on and off the field and a good role model to set the standard and I adapt to my coaches culture. I will always do whatever is asked of me by a coach and teacher and I promise that i'll give one hundred percent effort at whatever it may be. I believe I have the qualities a leader has to have to make his peers better and make myself better as well.
