John Green '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is John Green and I am a 5’10 Wide Receiver and Defensive End. I’m interested in learning other positions and learning more about those positions. I played for the Abyssinian Crusaders from New York City, in the New York City Football League.  I was the highest Defensive Lineman with 19 sacks last season and my GPA is 3.39, and I’m working on raising it higher. I run a 5'0 40-yd dash, and weigh 179lbs. playing football in college a dream of mine and a goal I expect to achieve. Failure is something I cannot stand. Many guys say they're driven, but fact of the matter is few are willing to do what others won't in order to accomplish what others can't. My current goals, as I am back in my off season routine,  is to continue to add mass and get faster. I will be working to get as much playing time as possible as a freshman anywhere I go. I would like to go to a school with a great atmosphere, where i can find balance between my classes and the play football. I take all opportunities personally and love being a team player.
