My goal since I started playing football when I was eight was to play college football. Now that this opportunity is approaching, not only do I want to play, but I want to be a successful player. I have always been a hard and detailed worker, focusing on the smallest of details to improve my game. I am working toward football season year-round to make each upcoming season more successful than the previous one. Whether it be in the gym lifting weights, working outside on my footwork and conditioning, or simply going out to the field and playing pick-up games. I am a multi-sport athlete, playing football in the fall, basketball and indoor track in the winter, and running outdoor track in the spring. Having these different skills and attributes gives me an upper edge on other athletes who only play one sport. I was a captain on the basketball team last year and I am a captain for outdoor track because I have been on the Varsity team since 8th grade. I find a way to balance my time working out or practicing along with my school work. I have maintained a 90 average throughout school through hard work and devotion to my work in the classroom. While becoming a successful player is my goal, first I must achieve an education and find a career path to follow after school.
