Joseph Carlson '20 Recruiting Profile

My name is Joe Carlson.  Currently I am a Junior at Starpoint Central High School.  I was the starting Quarterback for the 2017-2018 JV football team and was called up for the 2017-2018 Varsity football team for the playoffs which was an amazing experience to be their Kicker, Running Back, Quarterback and Receiver all in one game.  In the fall of 2018 I will be the backup Varsity Quarterback as well as Slot Receiver and Defensive Back  I was also a starter for the JV Basketball team as a Point Guard; starting Pitcher, Short Stop, and Third Basemen for the JV Baseball team; and starting Quarterback for our Modified football team in 2015.

I am a hard worker both on and off the field.  I have trained for football all year round with throwing/passing leagues and attending QB Skills training .  I will be attending the University of Football Camp on June 6, 2018

Playing college football has always been my dream since I was little.  I strive to be the best and failure is something I don't like, but it makes me be a better player when learning from my mistakes.
