I'm Eric Cheek. I attend Iona Prep in Westchester County, NY on academic scholarship. I'm a big brother to two little sisters, a faithful Catholic, with 3.5 GPA student interested in pursing an advanced education in Marine Sciences. My love of the oceans, sciences, marine life goes back as far as my love of the game of football.

What sets me apart? I'm a hard-working, coachable linebacker who shows up early and works until the job is done. I care deeply about self improvement and my team and coaches. My reputation is centered on the "heart" I have for the game, my willingness to go the extra mile in practice, games, in the classroom, and in my community. I am committed to making any team I choose happy they chose me.

I come from a strong family unit and I do not waste time attending parties afterschool or doing anything that will derail my future success. This is all part of the reasons colleges should consider me a strong candidate. I will go places in life - on and off the football field - and I will make my school name shine. They will be proud they recruited Eric Cheek. That is a personal mission I have.
