Kristian Green '19 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kristian Green from Niagara Falls, New York.  Currently, I am a junior at Niagara Falls High School.  I am a two-sport athlete (football/baseball), and have played BOTH sports all my life.  I come from a very athletic family.  As a result, I have been an active participant in athletics as long as I can remember.  While athletics is extremely important to me, I also realize that academics is the key to a successful future, regardless of where my athletic talents may take me.  My father is a college football coach, and former Division I football player.  Having been through this process himself, he has really instilled in me the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between God, family, academics, and sports.  Recently, I was informed, I am one of only six members of my varsity football team to receive the Scholar Athlete Award at my school.  This achievement makes me very proud because it is proof that academics is important to me and my family.

In terms of college, I would like to pursue a degree in Television and Film Production, with a minor in Theology or Philosophy.  I have a strong relationship with God, and am very thankful he has blessed me with a sound mind, healthy body, and strong spirit.  I have never been in any type of trouble and always am willing to help those around me that are in need. I feel these attributes make me a strong candidate for any school / team that allows me the opportunity to become a member of their community.
