Dear Coaches,

My name is Kevin Panzer, and I am a high school wrestler from Pawling, New York. As I come the end of my high school career, I am excited to share with you my collegiate goals and aspirations. My ultimate goal is to become a college wrestler and represent my school with pride, passion, and commitment. That means commitment to my academics and also athletic career.

As a two-year captain of my high school wrestling team, I have developed strong leadership skills that I believe will make me a good fit for your team. I am a hard worker who always strives to be the best, both on and off the mat. I am confident that my problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn and take advice from others  will enable me to overcome any challenges that I may face as a college athlete. 

What sets me apart from other recruits is my character. The person who I am. I am a positive, individual who enjoys being a role model for others. I believe that my positive attitude and commitment to teamwork will enable me to contribute to your program in a meaningful way. Also, I take pride in myself on being a good student and balancing my academic responsibilities with my athletic pursuits.
