" I envision my college career to be a gratifying period of personal, professional growth and development. I will never give up and continue to strive for excellence in every opportunity that presents itself. My goal is to explore a science major that will positioned me well for radiology. It's both an exciting and rewarding profession combining science and technology within the medical field. On the field, I plan to be a dynamic player and positive influence on the team. As I grow both physically and mentally throughout my college football career , I will strive to be an asset to team. Most importantly, I will conduct myself with honor and respect on and off the field, knowing that the way I carry myself reflects my team, my coaches and the school I attend."
Football isn't just a sport to me like it is to other people, it's what I love and what has made me achieve great aptitude. I have played for more than half my life and I absolutely love playing the sport. I believe that football can teach an individual from right and wrong, offer guidance and the learning ability of what to do and what not to do. It has taught me to work well with others, as a team, and to be selfless, always putting the team first. The best candidate is one who has the experience handling both sport and school at the same time. Successfully prepared for a game or practice and memorizing each play, managing what everyone else is doing on a play. It is this what's important because it helps the team be successful and do their 1/11. I tend to be persistent, critic of myself, and push to the limit, until I get the results I want. Like most football players, my dream has always been to go into the NFL. Yet, I develop myself day by day with the mentality that "the sky is the limit". Therefore, I train harder off-season, to ensure I'm ready for the next step, whichever that is. Giving up wouldn't be an option and college football is that next step.
