Matthew Rodriguez '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello to any and everyone reading this, my name is Matthew Rodriguez,  I am a 6'2 Quarterback, Wide Receiver, and I sometimes play defense at Cornerback and Safety.  I was voted for being one out of five team captains this past fall season after my teammates and coaches saw what i can bring to the table during the spring.  I was only able to play five out of seven games during my senior season due to a torn pectoral, but that didn't stop me from losing my love and passion to get back on the field and help my teammates succeed in every little aspect going on in the game.  I want to be a standout at the collegiate level, I feel like I can can help any team that thinks I’m a good candidate for their future of the team. I feel like I’m different than most other recruits because I’m always going to put the teams success in front of my own.
