My name is Dillano Scott Binda, I am 17 years old. I am a 5ft 11inches and I weigh 165 pounds. I am a junior at Uniondale High School in Long Island and I am a starting player of my high school's varsity football team. My Primary positions are Wide Receiver and Quarterback. I recieved the Athlete of the Year Award in 2012. In addition to playing football, I am on the varsity basketball team. Although I have been playing sports for over ten years. I have also dedicated equal time to my academics to maintain a 3.0 GPA during my junior year. I will be taking my SAT's in the spring. I am actively involved in a mentorship program called "Athletes helping Athletes". As a mentor, I work with students who are in middle and elementary school. I do my best to set a good example for the students, and I also share my experience as a high school athlete and encourage them to excel academically and in their respective sport. I am interested in Universities with a high football and academical reputation that will allow me to fulfill my potential in both areas. I would like to study Sports Medicine/Sports Mangement while at college and also play college football. I am interested in a Division I (or Division II) college football program because I believe I bring many qualities to the game especially my football IQ and my leadership skills. I also believe that I can make an impact and I can stretch the field offensively. Overall I am looking for a university that will bring out the best in me and will help me achieve my future athletic and academic goals/dreams. Thank you for reviewing my profile and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
