DORIAN PIGATT PERSONAL STATEMENT.

I am a 17-year-old senior at Julius Chambers High School in Charlotte, North Carolina. I am the youngest of seven siblings, and I am the youngest of five male siblings and two sisters (deceased). I played Varsity football as a starting safety all 3 years and I have a 3.0 GPA. I also work part-time at a local fast food shop to earn money to help my family out.

I have been playing football since I was three years old, and I have also played basketball and baseball in various recreation leagues. My values are family and community service. I would like to major in Business marketing.

I come from a humble background, but I have always been a high achiever. I have worked hard in school and in my extracurricular activities, and I have overcome many challenges to get to where I am today.

One of the biggest challenges I have faced is the loss of my two sisters. They both passed away when I was young. Their deaths were a devastating blow to my family, but they also taught me the importance of resilience and perseverance.

Another challenge I have faced is poverty. My family has not always had a lot of money, but we have always had each other. I have learned to be resourceful and to appreciate the simple things in life.

Despite the challenges I have faced, I have always remained positive and focused on my goals. I am a hard worker and I am always willing to go the extra mile. I am also a team player and I am always willing to help others.

I am particularly interested in studying business marketing because of your strong reputation in the field. I am also excited about the opportunity to participate in your extracurricular activities, such as the student leadership and safety club.

I believe that my experiences and values make me a strong candidate for admission to your school.

I am confident that I would be a valuable asset to your community. I am a hard worker, I am passionate about my studies, and I am committed to making a difference in the world. I believe that your school would be the perfect place for me to achieve my goals.
