Nathan Honeycutt '27 Recruiting Profile

Hello, My name is Nathan Honeycutt, I am 6"1 175 pound linebacker from the small town of Concord North Carolina. I have played football since the age of 5, I have always been determined to receive a offer to a college to further continue my playing career. I Made and started for The North Carolina State Pop Warner football team at the age of 10, I have received multiple rewards for being the most outstanding player not only on the team but in the conference growing up, In middle school I started on offence and defense, playing tight end and Linebacker. I recorded over 10 sacks and over 15 Tackles for losses in my senior 8th grade season. Freshman Year Came along and I slowly focused on one position, That being Middle Linebacker., Focusing on That position Made me be able to put the Time, and Effort in to be able to be Concord High Schools starting Varsity and Jv Middle Linebacker. It was truly a blessing. I am now rolling into my sophomore season looking to be the best I can be, not only for myself, but for my coaches, teammates, but for my family to. Football is not the only thing I focus on, I am also a great wrestler! going 22-0 and winning 2 spmcs conference titles for my middle school, that was something that hadn't been done for years. I am looking forward to starting back football and wrestling this year to keep my dominance going. I am currently at 0 offers as it is hard to find coaches to read into me. Jesus is the biggest part of my life and finding him was the greatest accomplishment I could ever receive. My Gpa is around a 3.8-4 as I am in all Honors classes. Being great on the field and in church insnt just what I'm good at, I am also very good at locking in and getting my school work DONE.
