David Porter '27 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goal is to graduate with a degree in sports broadcasting or sports medicine before being drafted into the NFL. I would be a great candidate for any team that wants a hard working leader that will push his team in every practice and workout. I go by the 10 min early is 10 min late mentality. I prefer to be at every meeting, workout or practice 20-30 min prior. I believe in being a sponge to coaching and being coachable is 1 of my greatest attributes. I live in the gym to assure my body is in the best possible shape for the sport I love. I am sure that any coach that offers me a scholarship will not be disappointed.
