Dereck Fleury '12 Recruiting Profile

I am Dereck Fleury, a Senior at Marysville High School. I will be a 2 year lettermen and a 2 year starter for my high school. I am 6 foot and weigh 255 pounds. I ran a 4.93 40 yard dash at Notre Dame College Camp. My Power Clean max is 275 pounds with my Bench at 285 pounds. 
I have a burning desire to play sports at the Collegiate level. It has been my dream since I was a little kid. That dream became so much more important to me since my dad passed away 6 years ago. I have worked hard on and off the feild to become a better athelete. 
I would like to go to a school in Ohio so I am close to home and my family. I would like to go to a D2 school but the right education plays a big part in my decision. I am open to any school type as long as I fit in! Another major factor is money, especially since my father passed away and my mother is low-income. I want to major in Education or Engineering, I am not sure yet.
