I loved football longer than I can remember. But wasn't always able to play because of my epilepsy I could not play until high school. There were a lot of people who thought my freshmen would never be a starter. I think a lot of the qualities helped. But I think what really made me the player I am today is my dedication and all the sacrifices I was willing to make like waking up at 4 a.m. just to work out or practice and prepare my self instead of doing the things I wanted because anyone can work to become better when they want to but what sets the best apart is they are the people who work even when they don't want to. I think that's what makes them a candidate for any team is my dedication it's one of many things that sets me apart from a lot of people. I always wondered if I was allowed to play before high school if I would be better than I am now but either way I'm still one of the strongest and the best right tackle on my team. Despite being at a significant disadvantage during my years of high school football, I have named the starting Tight end Jr. year and Starting Tackle SR. year I had overcome all odds through hard work and determination. I have played other positions such as D-line, Linebacker, and running back. I think I would have been great in all three especially running back because it always took more than 1 person to stop me. But I sacrificed it because the team needs more line-man.
The biggest lesson I have learned in all my 4 years of playing football would be to lift your teammates up and help them become better because when they get better you get better. Like my head coach always said iron sharpens iron. If I were to play college football my biggest goal would be to focus on becoming good enough to compete with the best players. It might be simple but it gives me something to fight for and being easily coachable and a player that's dedicated to becoming better I think it would be a goal I can reach no matter how challenging
However, in my academics, my grades are great. In all 4 years of high school, my worst grade is B. I don't have many academic achievements other than having great grades and a high-grade point average. Most of my accomplishments are outside of school like becoming a B.P.A. (Business Professionals of America) chapter officer and becoming a BPA state and national qualifier as well in other sports such as tennis and wrestling as being a starter.
I hope to become a college football player because I love the game and because I wont to get to play at least 4 more years and show everyone how great of a football player I really can be
