Personal Statement
I am a junior at Geneva High School in Geneva, Ohio. I am looking to get a bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering. I consider myself a leader on and off the field. I have the mindset and athleticism that makes me a great fit for your team. I am a very versatile player. I started on the varsity football team as a high school freshmen on both offense and defense. I played wide receiver and safety. I was also the starting kicker, punter and kick returner. As a sophomore I also started on both sides of the ball. On offense I am a wing back and on defense I am the safety. I also kick off, punt and sometimes kick extra points. Being the safety on the team I am responsible for reading the opponents offense and calling our defensive plays, thus demonstrating my leadership skills. I am a very coachable player that gives a 110% at practice and during games. I always go the extra mile to better my play. I work hard during the off season to get faster and stronger. I spend many hours in the gym lifting during and after the season. I also carry over the work ethics to my academics. I take great pride in my 4.109 GPA. I have worked hard to remain in the top 12 of my class. I will continue to work just as hard throughout my college years.
